How a development project runs.

Four stages, with you at each decision. Fabrics are proven on screen and in samples before production starts.

  1. Brief and research

Your product, market and targets, then research into yarns, constructions and finishes.

  2. Engineer in CAD

Designs and weave structures built and simulated in textile CAD before anything is woven.

  3. Sample and test

Trials and samples, refined with you until the fabric looks and performs as it should.

  4. Produce

The approved fabric is sourced from a trusted mill in Pakistan, inspected and delivered.

Rows of weaving looms and operators in a Pakistani textile mill
A weaving floor at one of the mills we work with.

Based in Lahore, close to the mills.

Pakistan spins, weaves, processes and finishes cotton fabrics in one country. Working from Lahore, we see your fabric on the loom and check it before it ships.

  • Textiles are Pakistan's largest export industry.
  • Home-grown cotton from one of the world's leading producers.
  • A complete supply chain from spinning to finishing.
  • Sustainability built in: fewer samples, cleaner processes. Our approach
